I’m Juliana, and I’m really glad you’re here
I know that reaching out for support can feel tender, uncertain, or even overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive. You don’t need to present a polished version of yourself. You are welcome exactly as you are messy, unsure, hopeful, hurting, curious, or anything in between.
My work is rooted in compassion, warmth, and the belief that healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely held. I offer a therapeutic relationship that is steady, attuned, and deeply human a place where you can exhale, explore, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt lost, silenced, or misunderstood.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from psychoanalytic, person‑centred, and existential approaches. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs, your pace, and your story. Together, we gently explore the origins of your struggles not to dwell in the past, but to understand how your experiences, relationships, fears, and traumas have shaped the way you move through the world today.
I believe that meaningful change grows from strengthening your relationship with yourself. When life has been difficult, that relationship can become strained by self‑doubt, shame, worry, or old patterns of protection. Therapy offers a space to soften those edges, to understand them, and to begin relating to yourself with more kindness and clarity.

A Holding Space for You
My intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, brave enough to be vulnerable, and supported enough to imagine new possibilities. A space where you can slow down, listen inward, and begin to trust your own voice again.
You don’t have to walk this alone. If you’re ready or even if you’re not sure yet, I’m here to meet you where you are.
