Life’s challenges can build quietly or arrive all at once. Sometimes they become
overwhelming, unmanageable, or simply too heavy to carry alone. If you’re here, it’s
because something in you is seeking support and that is an act of strength, courage, and
resilience.
You may be feeling stuck, lost, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. You may want to
take back control, understand your emotions, or reconnect with parts of yourself that feel
distant. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

How I Work

I offer an individualised, compassionate approach to therapy, drawing from psychoanalytic,
personcentred, and existential perspectives. Together, we explore your emotions, thoughts,
and behaviours with curiosity rather than judgement. Our work is collaborative we make
sense of your experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you understand who you are, how
you’ve learned to cope, and what you need now. Through this process, you gain deeper
awareness of the patterns that shape your life and the tools to create meaningful change.

At the Heart of My Practice

I believe that healing begins with strengthening your relationship with yourself. Fears, traumas, worries, and past experiences can disrupt that relationship, shaping how you see yourself and how you move through the world. In therapy, we gently explore these internal dynamics so you can begin relating to yourself with more clarity, compassion, and confidence.

This is a space where you can hear yourself  perhaps for the first time in a long while. A space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner world.
