Young People – Counselling & Mentoring

sv-dt1

Adolescence can feel intense and confusing. I support young people to understand their emotions, identity, and relationships through a blend of exploration, psychoeducation, and solution-focused work. This helps them build confidence, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self.

Adolescence can be intense. Young people often feel deeply but struggle to express what’s happening inside. They may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of who they are becoming. My work with young people blends emotional exploration, psychoeducation, and solution-focused support to help them understand themselves and navigate life with more confidence.

How I Work With Young People

Exploring emotions, identity, relationships, and self-esteem
Understanding internal and external pressures
Developing emotional regulation and communication skills
Building self-awareness and self-acceptance
Supporting them to make sense of their behaviours and choices

Young people often need a space where they can hear themselves without judgement, pressure, or expectation. I offer a grounded, honest, and supportive environment where they can explore who they are and who they want to become.

How personalized therapy works

A stronger sense of self
Tools to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and low mood
Confidence in expressing their needs
A deeper understanding of their thoughts and behaviours
Freedom from self-criticism and shame

My aim is to help young people feel empowered, capable, and connected to themselves.
